Service Description

1:1 Spiritual Support Program takes us through 32 sessions to allow you to identify the deeper opening into your journey of self, identify triggers, wounds, inner child healing, shadow work, trauma focuses to discover your inner engineering and how to utilise it for your future. Once deposit has been made we will contact you directly to arrange future sessions and your initial consultation. Program consists of: • Spiritual support from Rachel • 32 121 sessions up to 90 minutes • Each program is tailored to the individual journey, goals and aspirations. • Audio Meditations for independent practice • Bespoke Guided Meditative Journeying • Energy Healing where essential • Independent development practices • Indepth and focused readings • Complimentary Induction Session to discuss and plan full program • Complimentary conclusion session a month after completing program to develop aftercare further.
