Spiritual Hygiene - Workshop

Join A Bridge to Tranquility's Spiritual Director Rachel Aldred in her series of spiritual workshops.

You are invited to join Rachel for a workshop of daily/weekly practices, including discussion, multiple meditation practices, support and Q&A.

If you are beginning to take on others energy, or feeling drained from outside energy this is for you.

If you work or are regularly in a space with other people's energy this is for you.

If you wishto maintain and regulate your energy and aura this is for you.

If you are actively embraking or are on your spiritual journey this is for you.

Similar to ddental hygiene, its amazing to have regular visists with the dentist (healing,ceremonies,groups,guidance etc) but it is our responsibility to brush, floss and maintain the health of our teeth on a daily basis this this what spiritual hyigene practices ensure.
