Join us once again for a workshop series with Spiritual Director Rachel.

Shadow work is the practice of working with your unconscious mind to uncover the parts of yourself and your life that you have repressed or hidden from yourself. Although repressed or hidden these parts continue to impact your mindset, reactions and energy.
