Welcome the Lunar New Year, as you learn to use the 28 day moon cycle to improve yourself, your mood, your lifestyle and experiences in 2026 and beyond. 

Within a calming space you will learn to connect and harness the magic of our moon. It is spiritual and sacred,  but Moon Circles can also be part of your everyday practice. 

In this introductory session, you will gain a deeper understanding of the Moon,  the eight phases that impact us, and how you can harness energy. 

Each month we join in circle to work with the moon’s transformational energy, journeying deeply through meditation, so we can receive the energy healing we need to flourish in the new cycle ahead
