Inner Child Healing

Many of us carry emotional weights from earlier life experiences, unspoken pain, unmet needs, or lingering memories. Together we will gently acknowledge those wounds and begin the process of releasing them.

Opening with a discussion exploring inner child energy, how early experiences have shaped our beliefs, behaviours, and emotional responses. Rachel will then guide you through a group healing meditative journey, offering your inner child the opportunity to feel seen, heard, and held in a space of safety and compassion with the support of the healing energy they can let go of the weights being carried and begin restoring peace and trust within yourself.

To support your ongoing healing beyond the session, you will receive carefully curated aftercare guidance and independent resources to continue this work in your own time.
