Our shadow self is another part of us, one of the main parts to be exact. We have our Truth, Higher Self and Shadow/Lower Self the best way to work through our journey in this life is to embrace all parts of self and embody them as one whole self.

Our shadows are not bad but misdirected results of our life, traumas and underlying narrative. 

Accepting and embracing will allow you to flourish.

Rachel will be sharing and guided meditation and practices she channelled and practices for her own journey and evolution.
