Healing & Development Circle

A healing and spiritual development circle is a sacred space where individuals come together to explore their inner worlds, connect with spirit, and support each other on their healing journeys. This circle will be led by Spiritual Director Rachel Aldred who will guide participants through a variety of practices, such as meditation, energy healing, divination, sound, or journeying, to help them access deeper levels of awareness and understanding. Through this process, individuals may release old patterns, heal emotional wounds, and gain insights into their spiritual path. The circle also provides a supportive community where individuals can share their experiences, receive validation, and offer encouragement to others. Ultimately, the healing and spiritual development circle is a powerful container for transformation, allowing you as an individual to awaken your innate wisdom, connect with your true self, and embody your highest potential.
